I don’t know about you, but for me it helps to know when to plant specific plants. There are some plants that do better in the spring (carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes) and summer (okra, basil, peppers) and others that do better in cooler temperatures (lettuces, broccoli, spinach, peas).
To help you (and your garden) out, here is a planting guide for Central Texas (zone 8) for January through August. I’ll post more info later!
